A significant structural innovation took place in 2025, when HISJ discontinued the traditional Section A and Section B categorization. This change reflects the journal’s strategic ambition to create a more integrated space for interdisciplinary scientific debate. By removing disciplinary boundaries within the journal’s structure, HISJ encourages deeper cross-field collaboration, fosters more holistic scientific dialogues, and better addresses the complexity of contemporary challenges. With its interdisciplinary focus, HISJ serves as a nexus where diverse scientific perspectives converge to generate innovative solutions, advance knowledge, and stimulate integrated academic discourse.

Following the assignment of the new ISSN (2955-2303), the journal restarted its publication sequence in 2024 with Volume 1, Number 1 (2024) to ensure proper, clear, and timely identification of all issues published from this point onward.

Since Vol. 3, No. 1 (2026), the journal assigns the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) License to all published articles.
